Reacros- easy fix?

Yes another topic.
My reacaros have worn at the edge, as almost expected.

I am just wondering if its worth trying to get this big rectified, or is it going to be a complete recover to fix?

It just seems that sticking and the piping edge over the plastic lip at the base of bolster has worn through.
It is not that noticeable, but I don't want it to get any worse.

I intend to give Steve @ Edge Automotive a ring, when I get a chance as I understand he did this originally.

It isnt worn mate, the covers edge and as come out, it wedges into the grove of the plastic base, just push back in itself, curlin it back in, start from where its already pushed in and you will see wats i mean.

Theres suppose to be metal clips in the grove the grip the plastic edge of the cover, but these are know to wear, and unable to obtain from renault. Recaro maybe the best option to gain new clips.

Have a word with Steve, im sure he will point you in the right direction. Certainly wont be a retrim again!

Ok thanks for that, will check it out when it's dry.
A few of the threads seemed to have pulled, hence me thinking it might need to be re-striched.
