MOT failure

Car got MOT'd today came back with a failure on nearside rear brake binding.
Done all the obvious, stripped it off, pissed about with piston and so on. Still no joy, what I have found is though, when i press the brake and release it, a very very gentle tap on the caliper or put a small bit of pressure from underneath the outside pad, it releases the bind and everything runs smooth and fine. Anyone got any ideas what I can try?

Believe this is a common problem, on mine I found that it was the handbrake part on the caliper took the nut off where the cable sits gave it a clean with wd40 and some copper grease works fine since not sure what else to try if you have already cleaned the caliper hope this helps
