Lowering FF 200

Looking to lower my FF 200, as the arch gap is a bit mental! Especially on the rear. It was registered in march 2010, so should be classed as one of the earlier 200's? If I'm correct?


Which springs would people on here recommend? Also what sort of drop? I'm not wanting something silly low and impractical, that's why I'm not going for coilovers!


I think h&r do a 20mm front 25mm rear kit?
Has anyone got experience with a kit like this?

Yes I think you will have the older style top mounts.

Go H&R. I don't think the Eibach drop it low enough. I've got 40mm drop at the back and even that doesn't look that low.

As Tree said, Larkspeed are the best price i've seen.

My car was registered 31/03/10 and is the older top mounts.

Yep, it also has H&R 25mm system DRA spacers all the way round though

That looks pretty good mate! Sits alot better than standard.
So was that the kit that lowers front 30 and rear 40mm?

think ill go for that, sits low enough to look good and be practical!
was there a change in stiffness?

Yep it's the 30/40 kit. It's a fair bit crashier but that's to be expected, and you get used to it. Might be an issue if the roads around you are terrible.
