how easy/hard to take of front seat covers

To remove old cover there are 2 screws each side of the seatbelt holes on the seat back. Pull the rear seat access handle up to locate the 2 screws and pop cover oFF other side. They are torx bits. Pry the fabric out starting at the bolsters and work up. It's really easy to pop out.

You need to start at the bottom as the cover is attached on both sides there
Then just pop the beading into the plastic seat back.

I've just had my drivers seat cover replaced by Steve@Edge, only took him 5 minutes to remove it and put it back on once he'd swapped all the velcro over from one cover to the other so it could be re-attached to the foam

You will need to remove them from the car, they are more complicated than Recaro's, but with time and patience should be quite do'able. One thing you may need though is some hog ring pliers, they make life a lot easier when hog rings are used.
