there seems to be a lot of discussion about HID kits and bulbs at the minute!!

Im basically looking for the most xenon like bulb without HID. I read somewhere on the site that phillips are the best? its for a 197, with none projectors.

I currently have halfords ultra brilliance in..... which are ok.... but im positive I saw a thread with some phillips ones fitted and look spot on!!!!!!

I had philips extreme in my old cars, very good bulbs and you won't get any more output unless you go for HID. They're whiter than normal bulbs but not as white as these HID look alike bulbs
