Would have been great but I missed a mates funeral because of the bloody stuff

I'm right in the 'RED' weather warning they released yesterday for South Wales so was inevitable really.

That's a bit mad. You might struggle to get over a speed bump in this weather on those.

I have another car with 4 winter tires I tried to move this one forward and back in the parking spot. Was not able to move at all

Realised this morning trying to get up the road to work that my usual 'if in doubt' method of traversing slippy roads doesn't work that well given the front tends to just dive for the kerb.

Oh no my reactions are sharp enough and my speed kept low enough in this weather to avoid that

I had the hindsight to make such stupid mistakes in a cheaper car that makes me not want to wang the 200 into a kerb any time soon!

I remember when I was 17 and I dropped my mate off at his home in my 1.4 Clio. At the bottom of his road he has a turning circle so I was like 'oi mate watch this!' Yank the handbrake up, turn the wheel, car continues going straight - BANG. Bent alloy for me, at least I thought I was cool.. :driveby:
