Panel filter will 99.999% go in with zero issues. You won't see any noticeable gains or hear much difference though.

'Some' have struggled / needed remaps / been unhappy after just fitting an induction kit. There may be some performance gains this way though...

A K&N, ITG etc panel filter will have no power gains but you can clean and reuse them and never need to replace. Induction kits offer very little power gains and need a remap to benefit them. IMO panel filter.
 
Induction kit on ours is cheap, works well and sounds bloody brilliant.

However, not everyone who has fitted them get on with them. Most love them though.
