8" wide on a 200

Thinking of getting some new alloys for the 200, I believe the Cup Racers run with 8" wide rims?

Has anyone fitted 8" wide and whats your verdict, pros/cons etc

Yeah, a few on here are running 8" rims. I've got 8x17" OZ Ultraleggeras in an et55 offset and they've transformed the look of the car. Not too bothered about the fact that they're lighter than standard, they just look miles better. Fit no problem with plenty of clearance and can run with the standard 215 tyres.
