Did anyone get anywhere with this?

Is there any reason why you'd need Renault to do it and not just take the interior out yourself? It's only bolts?

Could them buy the belts through Karl which would be cheaper anyway?

Well I wouldn't think that you'd have to do any fiddling just to swap the belts. And tbh I really can't see why you'd have to disconnect the battery. It's not a case of fitting megane belts and cutting and pasting and drilling etc, the yellow belts are clio belts anyway, just different color. It's only a case of swapping them I suppose?

Anyway, I asked Karl for prices, he needed a reg number from a clio that has yellow belts because the color wouldn't come up and apparently the fronts cost approximately £75 each but the rears are a bit more expensive (£150 each). So we are talking around £450 for the set...I'm waiting for mine to get a bit dirtier and I then I might go for it, tempted even though is an expensive aesthetic upgrade...

I did wonder if you could just swap the belts, but I assumed you couldn't due to the safety aspect of it?

Resurrecting this thread; anyone know where to get coloured seat belts these days? I've got silver ones in my RS200 but fancy some yellow to match the dials.

An Orange theme to compliment the dash with Orange Wheel stitching etc ? And other Orange to match. Sounds alright



I just sooooooo need some Orange tints or something in the seatbelts now.

They'd look lovely imo if your getting an Orange theme going too @tsinc80697. Or you deffo going Yellow ?

M3 looks a treat.

Glad to confuse you !!! (And im the most anal of all time. I dont even notice the yellow now. Certainly not with dash lights on)

Double-Tango'd two-some ? Sounds a great option to me.........

there are colour change services out there for your own seat belts, I'm just currently getting a few quotes for it, should cost no more than 300 for the full lot

i was including buying some second hand belts to send off, as i need mine in daily, yeah ive spoken with them, just waiting for my second set of belts to come and a couple of other quotes back
