There was news this morning that they can have first snow today in Lapland.

Winter is grim antti but at least you get snow. We get rain and more rain

I don't like the sound of that at all! Finland is a country I'd like to visit, but I don't think I could live there with the winters being so long.

Not so much snow any more .. global warming? 2 last wintes have been like +1 and raining all the time

Oh f*ck..
We had first snow yesterday. Now the fun begins..

I changed winter tyres. 15" steel wheels with rust. Stud tyres which ruins car handling.
Only 6 months. Then i can change summertyres if no more snow.

You are lucky you live in UK.

Yep, i would like winter if it would be proper nordic winter.
But unfortunately it is mostly wet and dark. Climate change.
They cannot spread salt in roads if there is more than -10celsius. I am waiting for that, then i can keep car clean.
Now all roads are flooded with salt. They spread it so much i can taste in my mouth.
