whining noise on cold stat up ?????????

hi i have a whining noise on cold stat what is it ......goes after 2mins

I have this if I have my aircon (turn the blowers on the wind screen and the AC turns on no matter what) maybe try turning that off to see if it goes away? I just assumed it was the aux belt in the cold weather

It's the turbo spooling up.........






Joke, mine makes a slight whiney noise but I doubt it's anything wrong as it goes away quite quick.

mine does it. sounds like the power steering pump did on my mini cooper s but that did it when warmed up also

mine does too - had me worried at first.

I once had mine started up from cold on a ramp and you can hear the noise change when the car gets to temp from underneath.
