Which Oil?

After some new oil for my 197,as below Fuchs cheaper but which one better?

Fuchs TITAN SUPERSYN 5W-40 High Performance, Fully Synthetic, Engine Oil

Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic Oil For High Performance Engines

im guessing ill need 6 litres?

And also any other you recomend

Elf 5W-40 (the one Renault put in). You'll need about 5.5l. I normally buy one 5l and one 1l bottle then keep the remaining 500ml in the boot for top ups.
