Where's the best place to get REAR disc and pads??

Need to source new disc and pads for the rear with out paying silly money or is there no option ? Seen some on ebay for 250 quid, when I managed to get grooved dimple fronts and mintex pads for 140 quid. I just think 250 quid is expensive or is it because they have a bearing in them?
 
Was going to say MTec brakes, but beat to it. A good few people on here have them and yet to hear a complaint.
