Great thing about the Old Course is that the locals know it's not the best course in St Andrews. So while the visitors are all queueing to play the Old, we're all playing the Eden or the New. And we get all courses for £205 per year!

Just do a driving range day. At least then people who can't play can still come along and have a great time smashing balls at cars, whilst the serious guys are aiming for the 200 yard markers
