What's stiffer. Bill stein or KW V1?

So to my earlier post I have a lot of people recommend the bilstein and was just wondering whether it would be stiffer and better than my current KW V1. Anyone had anyone experience? Stiffer as in harsher on the ground

the bils are a monotube design and kwv1 twin tube..you tube it..there are lots of vids..hope it helps

Bilstein B14's are 60n/mm front and rear, kw v1 and v3 are 50n/mm front and rear.
