scrub nandos, off to gym instead so ill scram anything. i might do "home made nandos"

(basically chicken sandwiches blathered in nandos sauce)

Off out into Sheffield for a meal and a few drinks tonight with friends, can't wait!

I've had stir fried veg and noodles with a chow mein sauce. Also had a corn on the cob, baked in butter. Was good. Having some ice cream for desert.

We had home made lasagne last night with chunky chips, garlic bread and side salad, it was beautiful ... just had some pate on toast but I'm not 100% satisfied, i've got the muchies

I am waiting to go out with some mates tonight for a cheeky pub meal so not sure what ill have, might just be lasagne and chips if its on the menu
