Last night was a bit of a disaster for me - I was trying to stick to my diet and was going to have a jacket potato... however after over 2 hours in the oven the thing was still like a rock so I just a Cheese and Ham Kiev and what was edible of the potato ... I'm thinking fajitas for tea tonight... or Sausage and Mash ...

Watch this space, I'll decide later, I've not long had my soup!

This morning I have walked down to a cafe at the bottom of the hill for a fry up and a cup of tea. Tonight I'm going to fetch something from the CO op on the walk back up home.

I'm not 100% on what I will get though
