Lol, mad thing is half the people that read it do think its all true
i think like its been said 90 WILL become the new 80 and so i think it will make the motorway a more dangerous place as there will be a bigger speed gap between the hgv and speed limited vehicles and the reast of the traffic. i reckon it'll make changing lanes 'harder' for the less skilled driver.
it wont affect me as i just find a nice hgv and sit behind it on cruise control and get a lil tow
