Washer fluid leak!

I topped up my washer tank today and instantly it started to leak.
Can it be accessed if i only remove inner that plastic inner wing from the right side? Or do i have to remove front bumper for check what is wrong?

Its a wee bit tight in there. I think the easiest n best option mate is to take the wheel off n pull the arch lining out abit.

Is that all the fluid that came out? If so check the filler neck is on tight. I know on other cars the neck is removable from the tank, I'm not sure if this is the case on the Clio but work a check.
