I've been done twice in 6 months, the first I was apparently doing 36 in a 30, although my needle was around 35 and sat nav was tracking at 33. In hind site I should have contested but got offered a silly course, which was £80, more expensive than the ticket!

Most recently I got clocked by a van, 50 in a 40, just near a change in the speed limit change, and because I dont jump on the brakes to do 40 but let the momentum carry me on aibt, I will be getting the points it sucks really but I dont have much of an argument.

On both of my NIP it says / suggests that to see evidence (the photo) I would have to go to the magistrates? Seems wrong to me but anyone else's said the same or something similar?

Closest I have come was a traffic copper with a gun giving me the calm down hand motion as I flew past him in my old clio was doing at least 85 on the A130 which as Rogue might know is a pretty enticing road to gun it.
