Warning messages...please help.

Have a clio 197 56 plate had from new, no real issues,honest.....just had tie rod,track rod end done drivers side after hitting a curb,also new flexis on manifold fitted....prob I've got is the warnings lights on my dash,ASR/ESP deactivated and check steering.....tracking done, but just can't seem to reactivate ESP?.....any ideas?no fault codes?.......cheers mark.

Did you have the battery out/disconnected at any point? If so a quick 10 min drive will turn the esp light off.

Actually, all that's required to calibrate the ESP sensor on the steering column is, while stationary, to turn the steering wheel lock to lock (completely left and then completely right) and then center it. Takes less than 20 seconds

Thing is, when disconnecting the battery, only the ASR/ESP light turns on and the dash displays 'ESP deactivated' - 'check steering' sounds like the mechanic forgot to plug in one of the ABS speed sensors or something related...

Thanks guys......defo a little more complicated.....won't calibrate itself,even sitting turning steering or taking her for a run.
