How do i show a Vimeo vid in a post?

Usually its a case of [vimeo]*the id number of the video*[/vimeo]

So i'm not sure but i don't think vimeo embedding is enabled on this forum, but i might be wrong!

Not seen it, the youtube bit is probably an addon as well so may just require another one.
