What pressures do people run conti spots on track days??

Normal tbh as per none motorway sticker. Take a pressure gauge and use the pitlane air hose and adjust them as you go.

Different drivers use tyres differently as are tracks and conditions.

On a hot day I Start off with F42 R40

During winter I start of with F38 R36

For track 28psi HOT all round is a good starting point.

Prepare to do short stints. They'll go off in no time, especially in warm weather.
