Tyre pressures

What would my 197 tyre pressures need to be for 4 people still can't find the correct Manuel and want to get up the Fcs show safely

The pressures are on the sticker on the inside of he drivers door. 35-35 if motorwaying it. 35-32 for not motorwaying it.

direct from my 197 manual:- 35 front and rear for motorway use

33 front and 30 rear for non motorway use
