Hey folks I know I'm a newbie but I seem to be having a problem with resetting the trip mileage, it's currently sitting @ 4789miles would like to get a more accurate mpg reading for my driving (had the car for 3 days now)

I am right in trying to use the "R" and "O" buttons on the steering wheel?

Nope..

Try pressing both the buttons that alternate the data displayed on the screen (the ones on the end of the right hand stalk). Hold them both down for a few seconds and it will reset whatever field is selected.

The R and O buttons are for the cruise control, to resume and cancel the selected speed respectively.

Ah ha that will be why it's not working then haha I really should read the manual at some point. What ever happened to the little button in the speedo dial??
