Trims and centre console

Right not sure whether to wrap the trims or spray them??
What does everyone reckon, would it be hard to spray them myself?
I want them gloss black.

Dont imagine it'll be difficult to do youself. Think the hardest bit would be getting them outta the dash.

I intend on getting mine wrapped (Eventually) in wet carbon vinyl.

I heard the centre console is a nightmare to wrap, might be best off spraying

Hmm trims are easy to get off not too sure about the console though??
Never really sprayed before, not sure what I would need, I have a sort of general idea, sanddown, build light coats of primer, few coats of gloss black, then would you lacquer??
Anyone got a detailed way of doing it for a beginner?

i still have mine out of the car, best way for centre console removal is to take the surround of the handbrake and just below the console, then you want to gently get your fingers in at the top of the console then just pull, its all on clips and its quite a sturdy piece for a renault lol.

Im going to give mine a wrap in the coming weeks

I wrapped the dash trim and centre console last week the dash inserts are easy but the centre is a pain in the neck takes hours, it's easy if you do it in two parts and put the join to the bottom where it cant be seen the all just pop out with a bit of force

Just get your fingers at the edge and pull them there metal clips they won't break
