Track rods

So I'm getting both track rods replaced as one has excessive play and the other play too..
I've been quoted with £67 for both of the rods,
And labour at £156, I'm told it would take 1 and a half hours each side..is that correct?
So the grande total was £311

Please do share your thoughts whether this is an good quote or not so good quote

I believe so yes.
£33odd for each rod
£156 on labour
£35 wheel alignment
Vat ladee da

Did think it sounded abit much to fit them...

Sounds excessive tbh, hour and a half labour I only pay £30 at a specialist.

with the correct tools it shouldnt take 3hrs to change the track rods...

Took it to a local garage they have had a look and showed me, really good service. And they say it's the inner joint on one side that needs doing, and then after possibly it might need the outer.
So £115. Happy they have actually had a look and aren't just saying yeh it's all broken you need a new car. >

He also pointed out to me my front discs were corroding on the backs..*******.

Are these brembo disks?
I've got brembo pads, callipers, excuse me if I'm wrong do you have to have brembo disks with brembo pads etc?

No they are Pagid.

No, you can mix and match to your heart's content.

I'm running Pagid discs on the front. No issues what so ever.
