Too hot?

I was out today and notice when the weather is hot the car runs very poor, throttle respone is terrible and engine sounds/feels lumpy, anyone else have this issue? Will induction kit help with more fresh air?

If there’s no cold air an induction will suck in more of the warm/hot air and make it even worse. (From experience)

Its heatsoak, these engines get very hot in hot weather, especially in traffic. As above an induction kit doesnt help because often it sits behind the battery in a place which gets no cool air. You can run a hose up from the large grill past the rear of the nearside headlight to the acoustic valve for a bit of fresh air. Otherwise the Cup Racer airboxes or Espace V6 airboxes will work but require moving of the battery to get the best out of them.
