TL4 030 Gearbox

Hi:mellow: looking to get my TL4 031 gearbox rebuilt as synchro gone in 4th.Have been told the 030 and 029 box will fit and has the same ratios as there are a couple for sale .Is that correct or just baloney ??

i am getting one of my boxes rebuilt, it should be back next week, let me know if your interested and I'll get back to you.
i race in the Michelin Clio Road series and 1 of my boxes had problems(slight crunching) 3-4 so I've had the team that help me out rebuild with new syncros, so will be as good as new.

What clio 200 gets? Whice tl4?

Ratios are slightly different in all the boxes with the box from the 200 having slightly better. If you do a thread search there's a thread that has each box with every ratio in it.

seriously doubt that tl4 030/029 have the same gearing even if they fit
