ill be going from a c2 gt to a 197, hopefully getting that one its tidy and had some of the problem areas fixed just the 3rd gear syncro might need doing in the future

Looks good, as Pav said he seems pretty honest.

Hes not stated what tyres they are, even though they are brand new, so could just be crappy budgets.

He doesn't sound like he knows a lot about detailing either, so the paint could be swirled (the last pic of the badge the paint looks in very good knick though)

He's suggested its not the cup model, however the callipers look factory, might be worth asking about that, either that or he's had them professionally sprayed which is a possibility.

Not so sure about the sound of the manifold...

It sounds decent enough to me and in good condition. Seller honesty is always a good thing. If the mods it has are the sort you are after, then great.
