Hmm.. My car is a FF 200. That means the solution doesn't apply in my case..

Ben, can you record your noise and post it online?

Ah that is how it reads to me mate but if you ring your local dealer and ask them to put your details in and check if the solution applies to your car at least you will know for sure

Note: Mine make no noise when its been raining lol.

Noticed this on my R27 f1 its progressivly geting worst and worse.. phoned local Renault garage as it's under warranty will let you know if i hear anything

Ben can you feel the knock through the steering wheel?

I can't which reinforces my belief that this isn't a suspension issue...

Any updates on this issue? I haven't had time to visit Renault yet about the ACTIS solution.

However, now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm noticing the clunk more often

I still believe that its not the shock thats the culprit.. Something, somewhere down there is loose though, thats for sure. And it does seem to go away when the car has been washed or driven through rain!

I cant feel it in my steering wheel but my garage is going to replace "the strut" i'll let you know if it cures it.
