Strange noise

I've got a strange noise coming from the inlet manifold or that area only makes it on cold starts it's quite loud you can hear it over my exhaust it's a sort of low pitched squeak on and off maby happens once every 10 seconds I can try get a video in the morning I'm thinking maby pcv?

Done mine this morning was loads of creamy cack in there also the pipe going to the back of the motor near the manifold. you gotta love this forum for the mountains of info. cheers people
