Standard seats - squeak from inside seat

I noticed that the driver's seat squeaks sometimes depending on my movements while driving.

Its a spring like squeak coming from inside the seat.

I noticed that there are zippers on the back of the seats, can I somehow remove the back cover and spray lubricant on the springs there?

Does anyone have a DIY fix for this squeak?

I have the Recaro seats, if i have them on the very lowest setting they also squeak.
I just jacked them up a little (half a pump on the lever) and it stopped!

I'll try that although I think the squeak I'm referring to comes from the back of the seat..
