Any one experienced a noise from the front left (passenger side in UK) suspension (I think) when going over speed humps/undulations that I can only describe as a spring doing doing sort of sound. Only seems to happen when suspension is moved upwards. I'm at a loss to find it. Started thinking that it may also be a similar sound to metal flexing. This is on a 200.

No it's not like this, the one in the clip is more of a hard knock, rather than a metal flexing/spring noise which I have

Have you had the wheel off and checked? I'd be checking the spring/shock and ARB links.
