Spraying interior?

How hard would it be to spray interior trims and centre console with rattle cans from halfrauds? I've got spare interior so it wouldn't be on the car.

What would I need?
Plastic primer
Gloss black spray
Laquer

And how many coats would I need of each?

As you listed, Primer, Black spray (if that's the colour) you require and laquer.

Oh and patience. Good preperation is the key to a good finish

I've done 2 interior trim colour changes recently and found Plastikote very good, first time was with the aluminium which has flecks in it and after spraying lacquer looks awesome when the sun hits it and then again when I decided to go all black trim I used their metallic black.

But stay away from the Gloss black they do, It has to be sprayed in 1 coat otherwise even if you key & prep surface it will cause the next coat to orange peel and won't cure , I would go with the matt black then laquer to give gloss finish.

They do large cans (B&Q) and I was able to spray the entire center console and vents and is probably equal to same coverage required for RS197 including the thin strips.

so for 3 cans, 1 primer, 1 base & 1 lacquer came to £21 and that was 1 coat of primer followed by 3 coats base & 3 top, also get some tac rags to clean surface before and after primer and if you leave 24 hours after base to top then worth going over again even small amounts of dust ruin the finish

Mine's been sprayed (by the previous owner) and it looks great.
The orange colour may be a bit off in the pics, but it matches the dials and dash lights.

Does anyone know where you can get the renault sport as the last picture from, im sure ive seen someone with one even smaller in yellow and want it as ive just finished spraying my whole interior black!!
