Spax coilover settings

hi guys

I've got some used Spax coilovers to go on and just wondering where to start with the adjustment on the fronts before I install them. Don't want them daft low just a good start poiningt to get me going

Anyone any suggestions?

It would seem sensible to go half way on both height and shock adjustment and take it from there.

Sweet. Wouldn't know what size thread it is would you? Or where I can get a replacement? Mine are a bit manky and id rather replace em
