started feeling a bit "ill" sunday...

now full of cold - nose blocked etc

feeling sick and need the toilet a bit more :huh:

dont normally get ill like this...

is there something going around????

My dads in a bad way, keeps going hot-cold hot-cold etc...and got the shakes too

well i went out last night and felt a bit bunged up in the nose but got up this morning and felt a lot worse :sleep:

just hope it clears up a bit got to drive to stevenage tomorrow :huh:
