Should i get semi or fully synthetic oil in this weeks service?

Hi guys i only just bought my 197 and im taking it in for a service but i dont know if i need fully synthetic or semi, i don't track its just regular driving, Cheers lads.
 
There are a few 5w-40 semis about, but they seem to cost about the same as synthetics, so go for the synthetic
