Service help (5th service)

Guys I have no handbook for my car so I'm unsure what needs changed on this service.

The mileage of the car is 55,000 and it needs done in the next 1000 miles as the car has always been service early. This will be the 5th service so what needs done? My local garage quoted me £139 for the service as the car is out of warranty which is great however I don't fancy having my car go boom or run like a dog because it didn't get the correct parts replaced

5yrs is cambelt/auxillary belt change as well (expensive) :foxspeed:

Is it the 5 year service though? car is July 2007 would that not make it July 2012 being the 5 year service? This is only the 5th service at 55000
