197: Service due?

why my clio 197 come up service due? But it said before 11,000 miles to go to service.

I only done less 800 miles last year.

Don't need to get it done right away?

It's time or mileage, whichever comes first.

But seens as you've only done about 6Miles this last year it'll probably be alright until next year!!!

even if you havent done the mileage it might be wise to get a "safety check" just to keep the service book up to date and perhaps an oil change...

even if you dont use it alot the oil will degrade if you do lots of short stop/start journeys in the 800 mile and not only that it keep the internals nice cleen :bumpit:

This.

Oil "goes off" over time. And the oil gets diluted a bit by petrol, particularly from frequent stop/start journeys.

Better to change it than not for the sake of not much money.
