Sensor on isofix bar

Interested in hearing from anybody who has removed rear seats from a Clio 200, particularly the metal Isofix bar.

It has a rectangular black sensor on the back of it with a cable connected. Interested to know what it is and what happens if I disconnect it.

Doing a bit of weight reduction before Spa.

Well, I'd leave it in tbh if it's just for temporarily, it doesn't weigh much, the seats out will be better.

It's probably a sensor of some sort for if you were rear ended for the airbags or something, leave it lol

It is the antenna for he keyless entry
