RS Front Splitter

Hey guys planning on fitting my front splitter tomorrow. Doesn't seem too difficult but the instructions tell me I need to use a list of items as pictured below:


Anyone have any idea what the tape stuff is? and what its used for?
Or the sealant gun thing is used for?

If not, how did any of you guys attach yours? Cheers

Tape maybe for holding it inplace while lining up to screw or marking holes, and the gun would be for bonding the splitter on aswell as screwing.

You don't need to bond it on.

Tbh, it's easy enought to fit without half that crap. It is easier with 2 people tho, 1 to hold the splitter tight to the bumper whilst you reach round and pilot the hole and place the screw.

I just screwed mine in from the bottom and 1 bolt each side.

Thats stuff you supply yourself, drill, sealant tools etc.

The tape is to hold the little black plastic pieces in place (they fit in the splitter threads) so you know were to drill.
