Replacement OEM Stereo

My original stereo gave up the ghost last weekend on my 200. I couldn't find a direct replacement as mine seems to be manufactured by Blaupunkt (281150040R 7648027391) rather than than usual Bosch. The few replacements I can find seem to be from Europe and are expensive.

I replaced it with a Bosch unit from a Mk3 1.5 DCI which works for radio, but I can't enter any menus for Bluetooth etc. The button layout and rear plug layout are the same.

Does anyone know of a unit I could replacement it with that would be plug and play?
Or if I went down the aftermarket route, could I use the existing microphones with Bluetooth.

What options are on the radio besides Bluetooth does it have satnav. I replaced a radio in a Japanese 200 a few months ago what does the screen on the car say when you turn it on does it only say Renault or something else and it is a 200 Mk3 not the turbo one. The radio has a fuse on the back and there is another fuse under the dash that controls customer stuff like radio etc. the guys in the Chrysler factory told me it was a dealer fuse when pulled stuff that does not stop the from starting and driving is cut to extend battery life in transit and storage. Anyway I retro fitted factory hands free to the car adding the mic and a Bluetooth radio.
