Just got an email to say member ship (gold ) is expiring ..


I'm now platinum so don't need gold however it's says

Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed.

I don't want it to auto take money how can I stop it I've looked on subscriptions but can't see an option to turn auto renew off

There is no renewals on platinum it's for life ???????

The annual £5 membership can be canceled through PayPal it's not something we can do, however if it does auto take the £5 I will just refund it you straight back Aron.
