How do I get it onto my iPod 4G

I basically emailed it to myself as my email is set up on my iPhone and just saved it from there.

Not sure if the iPod works in the same way though?

navigate to the image on your ipod/iphone, press and hold the image and hit save, should appear in your camera roll
