Removing piston cooling oil spray jets

Piston oil squirters/jets removal help
I've come now to the block on my rebuild and have started with removing the oil squirters as I want to replace them. I know they are press fit into the block but is there any hints or tips out there to removing these blighters? Last resort will probs be to drill them out and tap a hole in them...
