You don't need to map a car to suit breathing mods. The ecu, especially the newer ones adjust over a short time to suit the changes.
A generic map on the standard cam shafts will only advance your ignition timing by about 1 to 2 degrees.
I suppose there is no harm in getting it mapped but at the same time you will probably see little to know gains performance wise. Possible removal of flat spots through the rev range etc.
