Recaro pole position seats

Guys..
Im toying of replacing my seats for recaro pole position seats, then selling on my recaro cs's.
Can i use the existing sub frames underneath and just add side mounts or am i missing something?

No, you'll need the recaro subframes. Pole positions are side mounted. There's a version of the pp that allows you to use standard belts (as well as harnesses).

did you ever go this route mate?

im close to getting the pole positions myself depending on if i need other work doing to my car, really interested to see how they are for you

ive looked it up & it seems the best option to drill the side mounts onto factory rails which then bolt onto the floorpan, if you put the recaro side mounts on top of the recaro seat frame you better have a sunroof for your head!

It is still on my to do list..but i decided to wait as i got some edge automotive trimmed recaros in leather n alcantara instead.
