Rear brake calipers

I don't know if it's been asked before as I have looked and couldn't find anything,

But I am wondering if the 2 pot calipers that brembo do would actually fit and work on the rear discs of a 200

I do plan to upgrade the discs and a I can easily make a bracket for them to fit as well.

Visual as in colour or the look of of the calipers ?
I am spraying my calipers gold anyway and this was the first clearest picture I come across, are the ones that are already on the back good enough you recon ?

putting different calipers on the rear will seriously upset all the brake force distribution system and abs and esp settings as the power of them will be greater...in fact you could end up locking the rears and having unstable handling etc!!!

the standard rears are smaller for a reason...
