Random weird “misfiring”, caughing and stalling

Hi guys!

My RS200 full fat Cup have had its engine rebuild by a Renault Sport rallying specialist and during the running in of the engine doing some calm city driving, it has started with some kind of caughing, running like 2 cyls (sounding like a subaru..) with very low power, idling around 400rpm and 500rpm and sometimes even stalling when arriving to a trafic light or a stop… being also a bit hard to re-start it afterwards. No MIL light is being showed on the dash nor any fault message and the 12v power supply is not cut at any moment.

We have it checked with the CLIP tool and no DTCs were present nor historical.
We have also run the car with Clip live values and no misfire was detected, eventhough it sounded like it was misfiring and it even stalled…

Untill now, we’ve done:
- new oem spark plugs: nothing changes
- new oem coils: nothing changes
- new lambda sensor: nothing changes
- new cranckshaft position sensor: nothing
- throttle pedal pins clean: nothing
- throttle body check: clean, nothing changed
- Vvt actuator replace + pins cleaning: nothing
- map sensor “seal” and tighten: nothing
- new set of injectors: nothing changes
- fuel pressure gauge on the ramp: no special lack of fuel pressure showed so fuel pump looks to be sending a good amount of dinosaur’s juice to the injectors
- timing belt normally is properly adjusted

On the exhaust, it sounds like a misfire however since the ecu does not see any dtc of misfire, we think it could be more a lack of firing?

We are thinking it should be something electrical or a signal is not being properly received by the ecu so it does not send the signal for firing/injecting. What do you think?

Any idea of what more to check?
Can it be a faulty ground?
